Throughout the 12 weeks we will explore felt experiences, education and practices that will include: Self Compassion, Somatic Stress Release & Deepening Connection to Our Body, Ceremonies, Introduction to the Chakra system, Cognitive/Mental Health exercises to strengthen neuro-connections and balance self, understand HOW Gratitude practices change the brain, Connecting with the Four Elements (Earth, Air, Fire, Water) and with Nature, Breathwork, Guided Meditations & Shamanic Journey, Yoga, Movement & Voice Activation, Connect to Your Inner Wisdom & Healing Abilities, Shadow Work (informed by Shamanic practices & Carl Jung,) and you will gain a basic understanding of Neuroscience as it relates to your thoughts/emotions/behaviors as well as your Conscious and Subconscious brain systems that will encourage positive changes in your daily life.
